Our little family began on June 3, 2006 when Chad and I were married in Logan, UT. Rylee was born on July 16, 2008 (after the longest 40 weeks and 3 days of my life!) and anyone who says a child doesn't gain their true personality until they are a few years old should come meet ours. At only 6 months pregnant we knew 3 things that are now crucial to spending time with this child: she absolutely loves music, she has way more energy than either of us can keep up with and she will eat anything as long as you put cheese on it. (Ask us sometime, we will tell you all about it!) Jayden joined our family on April 29, 2011 (after the second longest 40 weeks of my life!) and there are several key things about my pregnancy with him that are true about his personality also: he will eat anything at all, he loves to sleep and he gives his mom headaches on a regular basis!
Chad is the shop foreman for Just Woodworks and Supplies. He loves to build anything and everything and has worked hard these past few years to put our house and yard together. Stacey graduated from USU with her degree in Management Information Systems (after six long years) in 2010. She is now enjoying some time at home with the kids and doing whatever work comes her way. Rylee is such a big girl now and grows more fun each day. She is just like her mom: stubborn and short-tempered, but she learns faster than we can keep up with and she is constantly making us laugh. Jayden is Chad's "mini me" in almost every way. He is mild-tempered, easy-going, will eat anything and loves to cause havoc! We have some interesting years ahead of us with these two.
Mostly this blog was started to keep a journal of sorts (since neither of us have been very good of keeping them on our own). But if anyone out there is reading, we hope you enjoy the goings-on in our crazy lives!
